The Dirty Bird

Our classic fried chicken thigh on a Pike Place Biscuit (Beecher's cheese baked inside), supported on the bottom by our cheese grits with our southern gravy poured over the top of the chicken before putting the top of the biscuit on.

BEAR Sandwich

The BEAR Sandwich includes a MacGregor Biscuit with mayo, Tillamook cheddar, egg, sausage, bacon, fried chicken thigh, and a side of southern sausage gravy. Item not GF.
